Our quality promise
Quality is agreed before it is shipped. For every order we confirm the specification in writing — grade, moisture, purity, active content (such as curcumin or volatile oil), mesh size and packing — and the lot is checked against it before dispatch.
What we test
- Moisture, foreign matter and admixture
- Grade-specific parameters: bulk density (GL), curcumin, volatile oil, ASTA colour, pungency (SHU)
- Aflatoxin, pesticide residues and microbiology through accredited laboratories, on request
- Packing weight, labelling and marking
Independent inspection
Pre-shipment inspection by SGS, Bureau Veritas or another agency of your choice can be arranged, with samples retained from every lot.
Export documentation
- Commercial invoice and packing list
- Certificate of origin
- Phytosanitary certificate
- Certificate of analysis (COA) / lab reports
- FSSAI, APEDA and Spices Board registrations
- Fumigation, health or other certificates as required by your country
