Qropflo is a B2B sourcing company supplying agricultural commodities from India to importers, wholesalers, food manufacturers and institutional buyers. We work directly with farmer groups, processors and packers in India's leading growing regions — the spice belts of Kerala and Karnataka, the onion fields of Nashik, the rice bowls of Punjab and Andhra Pradesh — and bring their produce to buyers who need consistent quality and dependable supply.
Why we started
Buying agricultural commodities across borders is still too uncertain: specifications drift between lots, paperwork stalls shipments, and buyers rarely know who is really behind the product. Qropflo was created to remove that uncertainty — one accountable partner, clear specifications, honest communication and documents that are right the first time.
How we work
- Specification first. Every order starts with the grade, moisture, purity and packing you need — written down and agreed.
- Lot-wise quality checks. Samples are checked before packing, and lab reports are available on request.
- One trade specialist. The same person handles your enquiry, offer, documents and shipment updates.
- Long-term relationships. We grow with our buyers and suppliers, season after season.
Where we are going
Today we supply from our own sourcing network. Next, we will open Qropflo to selected, verified suppliers — and over time build a complete digital platform for agricultural trade, with logistics and trade finance in one place.
